Today’s offer is quite inspiring. Numerous issues are being resolved in leagues that are nearing their end. The odds from our suggestions were current at the time of writing the text.
Darmstadt – Freiburg – t2 over 1.5 @ 1.77 at Mozzartbet
For the host, the season could have ended back in early October when they recorded their last league win. Of course, nobody in Darmstadt could have guessed that they would not celebrate a win again, but that happened. The Lilies have only 14 points to their name, will not manage to avoid the last place, and it seems that they were completely unprepared when they entered the Bundesliga arena. The last time they moved up from the 2. Bundesliga to the Bundesliga, they managed to stay up for at least the first season and were relegated after the second, but this time they have not been successful. However, Darmstadt has managed to complicate things for some teams, as they did to Bochum two rounds ago. They caught up with a two-goal lead from their rival and secured a point, but they took away two very important points from Bochum in their fight for survival. Freiburg, who has not repeated the success of the previous two seasons, visits the small town in Hesse. They still have a chance to reach Europe for the third consecutive time, but not everything depends solely on them. Freiburg has won their last two away games, in Bochum and Mönchengladbach, and might do so on their third. It’s safer for us to play the game where the guest scores two goals.
The odds for t2 over 1.5 goals are 1.77 at Mozzartbet.
Aarhus – Brondby – fr 2 @ 2.10 at Mozzartbet
Brondby made a severe blunder in the last round when they lost a lead at home against Silkeborg and missed out on two big points. Now, they share first place with Midtjylland, both teams having 51 points, but they spoiled that brilliant victory at Parken against the reigning champion FC Copenhagen. There are 8 more rounds to play in the Danish league playoffs, and it’s possible that Copenhagen and Nordsjaelland might also join the race for the trophy. Aarhus, along with Silkeborg, is at ease. They are far from the title fight but will face this rival in the final of the Danish Cup and try not only to win the trophy but also to secure a spot in Europe. Everything will be geared towards that match, and as far as the championship is concerned, they have fulfilled their ambitions by playing in the playoffs. In the first two rounds of the playoffs, Aarhus drew with Silkeborg and lost by a minimal margin to Midtjylland. This is already the fifth head-to-head duel between these two teams in the current season; in two league games, Brondby was more successful with a win and a draw, while in two cup matches, Aarhus triumphed with an overall score.
Here, we expect an away win (fr 2), and for that, the odds are 2.10 at Mozzartbet.
VVV Venlo – Groningen – 2&ov 1.5 @ 1.82 at Mozzartbet
The finish of the Dutch second division will be very interesting, with four teams competing for two spots that lead directly to the elite. It seems that Willem II is closest to the goal, the team from Tilburg has three points more than Roda and even six more than Groningen. Dordrecht is in fourth place, realistically with the smallest chances. Groningen unexpectedly relegated from the Eredivisie last season and had a poor start to the new championship in the Eerste Divisie. They were much more successful in the Dutch Cup, reaching the semi-finals where they were eliminated by Feyenoord. Since their loss to the Rotterdammers, Groningen’s players have focused on the league and tied together 10 matches without defeat, with 8 wins and only two draws. One of those draws occurred in the last round at home against NAC Breda. Those two lost points could cost them dearly, and they will need to make up for them as soon as possible. Therefore, they must celebrate on their visit to Venlo, a team from the town of the same name on the border with Germany. This team troubled Roda in Kerkrade last round but was defeated 2-1. Groningen is the favorite, and we expect them to win and also score at least two goals.
The odds for this 2&ov 1.5 goals are 1.82 at Mozzartbet.
Venezia – Brescia – t1 over 1.5 @ 1.73 at Mozzartbet
With six rounds left in Italy’s Serie B, Parma is the closest to entering the elite. The Crusaders have 66 points, five more than second-placed Como, the most pleasant surprise of the championship. Also in the running for the second place, which also leads to the top tier, are teams like Cremonese and Venezia. This round, Venezia hosts Brescia, one of the teams that will most likely be in the playoffs. They are not interested in going through the playoff from which only the most successful team will enter the elite, so they will try at all costs to reach the second position. However, Venezia has only taken one point in the previous two rounds. First, they lost at home to Reggina, and then they played a goalless match in Ascoli. Against Brescia, they must win, even though the visitors are quite tricky on the road. The team from Lombardy has only one loss in the last eight matches, and in the previous two rounds, they won against Cosenza away and Pisa at home. The last three duels between these two teams ended in draws, and last autumn it was 0-0. It seems to us that Venezia should now score at least two goals.
The odds for t1 over 1.5 goals are 1.73 at Mozzartbet.
