The Portuguese must aim for a win and hope for a miracle in the other part of the group stage, considering they have not yet earned a point. In La Liga, Sociedad played an excellent match against Barcelona but once again came away empty-handed due to a goal conceded literally in the last second. Benfica easily celebrated victory in Chaves, but visiting San Sebastian is a different matter.

NK Osijek – Hajduk Split – Under 2.5 @ 1.85 at Betbonanza
The derby match of the Croatian league was supposed to be played back in the 3rd round, but it was postponed due to both teams attempting to reach the group stage of the Conference League. They were unsuccessful, and now they play the rescheduled match after which the team from Split could take the top spot, and Osijek could move to 3rd place, in case of a victory. It has been a long time since there was such congestion at the top of the table. Rijeka and Hajduk both have 27 points, Dinamo has 23 with a game in hand compared to the coastal duo, Gorica has 22, and Osijek 21 points. We are expecting an exciting finish to the autumn part of the season, and whether someone will manage to break Dinamo’s dominance in the spring remains to be seen. Everyone had their bets on Hajduk; the team from Split started excellently, but they have already lost four matches, including two at their home ground of Poljud, to Istra and precisely Osijek. The white and blues celebrated a 2:0 victory at Poljud and now Hajduk will try to take their revenge. The Split team won the previous two matches against Slaven and Rudeš, but only thanks to a single goal. There won’t be a goal fest even at the new stadium in Osijek.

Palermo – Brescia – 1& over 1.5 @ 1.87 at Betbonanza
The Sicilians really hit a snag in the last two rounds of Serie B. They were first shocked by newcomer Lecce with a defeat in Palermo, and then last weekend they lost in Genoa to Sampdoria. They are currently in 5th place, but a victory over Brescia in the postponed match of the 2nd round would move them up to the third position. Brescia somehow managed to avoid relegation last season, but they have not started well in the current one either. There’s no chance of returning to Serie A, and even staying in the second division could come into question if they don’t improve their results. They are now on a streak of three consecutive losses, having been defeated by Modena and Bari at home, and on Saturday they were beaten at Cittadella, albeit with fierce resistance. Brescia is in 13th place, just three points above the relegation zone, and efficiency is still a problem for them. We expect Palermo to win and to score at least two goals.

Polonia Bytom – Arka Gdynia – 2 @ 1.72 at Betbonanza
This is a match of the sixteenth finals of the Polish Cup where the home team, Polonia from Bytom, a member of the third league, meets Arka from Gdynia, currently a second division team, and not so long ago the winner of the Polish Cup and Super Cup. Arka is on an excellent streak of results in Division 1, having tied together five consecutive victories that have brought them to second place. The competition in the second league is surprisingly strong, with the famous Wisła from Kraków, but also Lechia, Łęczna, Płock… Arka’s goal is to return to the elite, and they will try to achieve something more in the cup, although it is hard to expect them to repeat the result from 2017. Polonia is a third division team, currently only at 15th place in Division 2, which is a position that leads to relegation. Their main focus is on staying up, and we do not believe they will be too concerned about the cup.
