Olympiacos is on a streak of seven consecutive wins, five in the Greek Super League and two in the play-offs for the Conference League round of 16. They won both of these matches against the Hungarian champions Ferencváros, each time with a score of 1:0. The battle for the title in Greece is their priority, even though they are currently only in third place. The differences between the top four clubs are minimal, and the play-offs haven’t even started yet. It’s certain that the fans are hungry for European success, even if it’s in the Conference League. Their opponent in the round of 16 is Maccabi Tel Aviv from Israel, a team that secured first place in their group ahead of Gent, Zorya, and Breidablik. An advantage for Olympiacos could be that the return match will be played in Serbia, marking the third time this season that the team from Athens will visit Serbia, having already played against Čukarički and TSC. Maccabi Tel Aviv has once again taken the lead in the Israeli championship, now with one point more than their namesake from Haifa, so the battle for the title there will also be uncertain. At Karaiskakis, Olympiacos is the favorite, but it’s even safer to bet on a low number of goals.

The draw has played a trick on the German and English teams, bringing them together again in the same season. Specifically, Freiburg and West Ham played in the same Europa League group, with the Hammers winning both matches and securing first place, advancing directly to the round of 16. Dinamo Zagreb – PAOK – PAOK Not To Lose And Total > 1.5 @ 2.40 at 22Bet
Dinamo Zagreb created the biggest surprise in the play-offs for the round of 16 by eliminating the favored Real Betis from Seville. It turned out that a minimal victory at the Benito Villamarin Stadium was enough for the aggregate triumph, considering that Dinamo managed a 1:1 draw at Maksimir. In the Croatian championship, the Zagreb team is no longer as dominant and will face significant challenges in defending their title against competitors like Hajduk and Rijeka. Last weekend, they salvaged a point in Osijek only in stoppage time, further increasing their deficit to Rijeka by two points. PAOK is also in the title race in Greece, where four teams are in contention. Besides the Thessaloniki team, there’s the Athens trio of Panathinaikos, Olympiacos, and AEK. The Black-Whites are currently the leaders but only with a one-point advantage over the reigning champions AEK. PAOK experienced a real tragedy in the national cup semifinal when they missed out on the final due to a goal conceded in the last second of extra time. The Thessaloniki team plays excellently away, and we don’t believe they will lose at Maksimir. Along with a double chance on the visitors, we also expect at least two total goals.
